100 Word Challenge

This is my 100 word story I did Last week and of course it has something to do with cats, A 100 word story is when you make a story that has to be exactly 100 words, the picture below is where we had to have the story, I hope you enjoy my 100 word story! =^..^=

There was a girl called Katie, she was skipping in a forest then she saw a cat that looked like the cat she had when she was 6, “Ginger?” she whispered. Ginger died last year, she remembered all the great times she had with Ginger, she came up to the cat, but she realized it was just a bunch of fireflies she released her legs and fell on the ground crying, but then she saw a kitten that looked like Ginger, The kitten went up to her and she adopted the kitten and guess what her name was? Ginger Junior.

My Speech about: Why Adopt A Cat

Below is my speech:

Did you know approximately 2.7 million pets die in a year so you could make a great change by adopting a few, but what's more important is 1.4 million cats die in a year but less dogs you CAN make a difference just by adopting one or two, I think YOU should get a cat you will make up your mind when you hear this. Because I know you probably think that dogs are better than cats, Well I was born to prove you wrong dog people, because for obvious reasons cats ARE better than dogs.Did you know scientists found out that cats CAN reduce wounds AND Lower your blood pressure AND lots more AND IT’S JUST with their PURR!!! amazing right I know ;) and plus you save your money for operations AND hospital appointments, just because of a cat’s purr OH MY GOSH, some People think that cats are just useless I know there is some of you here, show yourself! do you think they’re useless anymore?Well…. you have to hear more. Cats are WAY Easier to look after than dogs they are responsible little things, and they can take care of themselves, you don’t need to WALK them everyday, They don’t to their personal stuff on the floor or or even at a stranger's front yard, when adopting a cat they are already trained to a use litter tray. So would you rather clean the floor or just keep doing what you’re doing? but you DO need to be loyal to them and make them feel comfortable at your home.Cats are very entertaining even tho they just sit there doing nothing but hey some of them are lazy, which comes to how funny they are cats are so funny some people even post gifs and photos of them on the internet, I know some of you guys have cracked up looking at them, some cats are even viral like Grumpy Cat!!!!! they are delicate and hilarious little things. Did you know cats can take walks as well, as I said some are lazy tho.Cats have their own way of saying that you’re their owner except they think they actually own YOU weird right but it’s really true, they rub you with their head which means they own you!!! A cat’s brain is like a compass so when they go out to explore they will always know the way back home because, they also rub their heads on the furniture which means that’s their territory, 90% of a cat's brain is like a human’s brain if you think dogs have similar brains to humans… I’m sorry but they don’t. There is 73 million dogs in the world, and how many cats you ask me, 600 MILLION CATS 527 MILLION MORE CATS THAN DOGS IN THE WORLD!!!! So there is plenty to go around. I hope you guys are now assuming cats Are better than dogs. Thank you for listening to my speech I REALLY hope you are now officially a cat lover just like me.
